摘要:常规的风力发电机主要包含双馈异步风力发电机、永磁半直驱风力发电机和永磁直驱风力发电机,上述机型分别具有噪声较大、机械磨损程度高、发电系统复杂、有齿轮箱故障率较高,低电压穿越能力较低,转速较低导致极对数多、体积大、磁钢用量大、价格昂贵等缺点,为了解决上述电机的问题,设计出采用冲片结构的2.1 MW高速永磁风力发电机,通过电磁分析和机械应力分析,该电机各方面符合工业生产要求,最后通过样机的实验结果,验证该样机符合设计的要求。
关键词:2.1MW;高速永磁;冲片结构;电磁分析;机械应力分析 Abstract: Conventional wind turbines consists mainly of doubly fed induction wind generator, permanent magnet semi-direct drive wind generator and permanent magnet direct drive wind power generator, the above models respectively with large noise, mechanical wear degree is high, power generation system, a complex gearbox fault rate is high, low voltage in the low capacity, low speed lead to shortcomings in polar log multiple, large volume, large amount of steel, high price, in order to solve the electrical problems, based on the practical project designed the 2.1 WM high speed permanent magnet wind turbine generator, the electromagnetic analysis and mechanical stress analysis, all aspects of the motor in accordance with the requirements of industrial production, the experimental results of the prototype, verify that the prototype meets the design requirements.
